Ramune&Penguin ("we", "us", or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in all mobile and PC games that we develop and distribute (the "Games").
This policy applies to the following titles:

2. Information We Collect and Why
The Games do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, or email address.

3. Advertising
Games that display advertisements use Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob automatically collects the advertising identifier and other information described above in order to show ads relevant to your interests.

How to opt out of personalized advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Ads will still be shown after opting out, but they will no longer be based on your interests.
4. Step Count and Activity Data
Titles that use physical activity data read it, with your permission, from Health Connect on Android or the Health app (HealthKit) on iOS.
This data is processed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to, stored on, or shared with our servers or any third party, and it is never used for advertising or any other secondary purpose.
You may revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, the features that depend on it will stop working, but the rest of the game will remain available.
5. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (such as removing advertisements) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled entirely by those stores; we neither receive nor store them.
6. Children's Privacy
The Games are not directed primarily to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently obtained information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the game removes this data from your device.
For the retention and deletion of information collected by our advertising provider, please refer to that provider's privacy policy.
8. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose collected information to third parties except as required by law. However, as described in Section 3, our advertising provider collects information directly for the purpose of serving advertisements.
9. International Transfers
Information processed by our advertising provider may be handled on servers located outside your country of residence. That provider manages such information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in law or in the Games. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this page. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted here.
