Content Guidelines

Effective: 11 August 2026 / Last revised: 16 August 2026

This page sets out what you may and may not do with the games and website published by Ramune&Penguin (“the studio”). If you are unsure about something, treat this page as the reference.

1. Go right ahead

The following need no permission and no advance notice.

Credit is optional. It is appreciated but not required. If you do credit us, “Ramune&Penguin” or the game title is enough.

How you handle spoilers is entirely up to you.

One request. JUMPSCARE PINBALL contains sudden loud sounds and flashing lights. A warning to your viewers alongside the video or stream would be much appreciated.

2. Please don’t

3. About third-party assets

The studio’s games and this website include assets licensed from third parties — illustrations, sound effects and music.

The studio does not hold the right to redistribute or sub-license these assets. Extracting and using them on their own is not permitted, regardless of section 1.

Their appearance as part of the game screen — in a Let’s Play or a screenshot — is fine, exactly as described in section 1.

4. About the wallpapers

The wallpapers the studio distributes on this site are yours to use freely, as long as it is personal use — desktop background, phone lock screen, avatar, whatever you like. They are an exception to “cut out the Rampen artwork to distribute” in section 2.

What we do ask you not to do:

If you want to point someone at them, please link to the wallpaper page rather than the file. That way nothing stale is left behind when we replace one — which helps us too.

5. When in doubt

If you want to do something this page does not cover, please get in touch. This page does not exist to say no, so do ask.
